We offer eight standard sizes of aluminium shaped box gutters to bs 9101 2017 and can manufacture an infinite amount of shaped box gutter sizes to suit your individual project requirements. Our aluminium shaped box gutters have a sloping front face to the gutter providing an attractive alternative to a square or rectangular box gutter. Butyl mastic tape with low modulus silicone sealant at rivet fix through positions is recommended. We do so using cast sheet and extruded aluminium or a combination of these materials.

Special profile box gutters can be fabricated or pressed. Our box aluminium gutters have integral welded spigots butt straps and are double spigotted meaning less joints and less waste of gutter lengths resulting in faster and easier installations.
