If motor unit activates replace door control.

Once you push this button the light on the garage door opener will flash twice.
In order to fix this you ll want to make small changes to the close limit setting until the door opener knows to stop once the door has reached the floor.
Other signs include flashing garage door opener lights missing sensor light or flashing sensor lights.
Lights on garage door opener flash and door will not close garage door light flashing but won t close when you see you garage door opener lights flashing and the garage door will not close it could be the lock button or the safety reversing sensors.
Simply hold down the lock button on the wall control for about two seconds to disengage the lock.
The remote control will not work.

Disconnect wires at door control touch wires together.
Once you see the double flash press the control button on the remote control.
To unlock your garage door opener push the lock button for 5 seconds.
