Open the door manually. There could be a number of reasons why your garage door is off track. Reach overhead and pull the rope that releases the door from the opener. Use pliers to pry open one side of the track so the opening is wide enough to slide the roller back in.

Use a pair of vice grips or locking pliers to hold the garage door in place. Pull the rope in order to release the door from the opener.

Check to see if the tracks are anchored to your garage s walls. Open and straighten the track at the spot where the roller has jumped out of the track use a pair of pliers and open up the track. Repeat for each of the rollers that have come off the track sliding them back in. The issue is going to be due to the cable untangling and lodging on the road and drum.
